Exclusive Membership Program
This program is limited to individual memberships only. There are no family membership(s) or group discounts available. Club membership is limited to 500 members annually to increase each member’s benefits, rewards, and chance of winning in our monthly membership drawing. The fee paid is collected as club dues for a period of one year, with the club year beginning January 1 and ending December 31. Off The Wall Scuba, Inc reserves the right to cancel this program at any time. If cancellation occurs, prorated refunds will be issued. the fee paid is collected as club dues for a period of one year. The club year runs from January 1 to December 31. Members signing up prior to 1/1/08 receive benefits for 2008 beginning the date of acceptance.
Member Warranty program
If the manufactures Warranty has expired on a piece of equipment purchased from us and the item has failed due to a material defect*, we will, at our option, offer you one of the following solutions;
We will repair the item in house for a labor charge not to exceed $20 + parts.
We will offer you a store credit towards a replacement item of 10% of your original purchase price.
Depending upon the item, we may at our own discretion replace the item free of charge.
*Material defects are defined as defects in the original crafting of the item. Failure as a result of improper care and maintenance, human error, and accidental loss are not covered by this warranty.
